  • Electric Fencing and Gate Automation

  • Biometric and Access Control Systems

  • Alarm Systems and Rapid Response Integration

2. Quotations and Payments

  • Validity: All quotes are valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issue.

  • Deposits: A commencement deposit (typically 50%) is required before hardware procurement and installation begins.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the installation and commissioning of the system.

  • Ownership: All hardware remains the property of Dynamic Security Solutions until the account is settled in full.

3. Client Obligations

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing a clear and safe working environment for technicians.

  • Ensuring stable power and internet connectivity where required for system functionality.

  • Providing accurate information regarding property boundaries and existing electrical infrastructure.

4. Warranties and Maintenance

  • Hardware: All hardware is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 12 months), provided the equipment has not been tampered with or damaged by lightning, power surges, or third-party interference.

  • Workmanship: We provide a 6-month warranty on installation workmanship.

  • Maintenance: Security systems require regular servicing. Failure to maintain the system as recommended may void warranties and reduce system efficacy.

5. Limitation of Liability

While our systems are designed to detect and deter unauthorized entry, Dynamic Security Solutions does not guarantee that the system will prevent all instances of crime or loss.

  • We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from system failure due to power outages (load shedding), internet downtime, or unauthorized tampering.

  • We are not a rapid response security firm; our systems are designed to trigger alerts to the client’s chosen third-party response providers.

6. Compliance and Certifications

  • Electric Fencing: All electric fence installations will be issued a Certificate of Compliance (COC) upon full payment, as required by law.

  • Privacy: Surveillance systems must be used in accordance with local privacy laws (including POPI Act). The client assumes all responsibility for the legal placement of cameras on their property.

7. Termination of Service

Dynamic Security Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate technical support or monitoring services if accounts remain unpaid or if the system has been modified by unauthorized third parties.
